Okemo is known as one of the best skiing and riding destinations in the East year after year. Located in the rolling Green Mountains of southern Vermont, Okemo is within day trip range of Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain. Gear up for ski season 2014 with an economically priced trip to the beautiful slopes of Vermont.

 
We'll be staying at the Pointe at Castle Hill in the nearby town of Ludlow, a four-minute drive from Okemo. There is no shuttle service so you will need to provide or arrange for your own transportation. Standard rooms feature a king or two queen beds with mini-fridge and coffee maker. Or upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, pullout sofa, and kitchenette. Base prices assume double occupancy but private rooms are available at extra cost.

The estimated package price of $670 includes:
  • 5 nights lodging in a standard room (double occupancy)
  • daily hot breakfast buffet
  • 1 group dinner
  • 1 après-ski party
  • 1 potluck sips and snacks
Lift tickets are not included; you must purchase your own Epic pass in advance.

Refund cut-off date:  December 14, 2023

$25 discount for sign-ups by Sept. 30, 2023.

Singles policy: The PSC Board of Directors has formalized club policy regarding single travelers without roommates. Please review the event rules below before registering. To avoid excessive lodging charges in the event that a suitable roommate cannot be found, singles are strongly encouraged to pair up with a roommate before signing up for this trip.

You must be a current member of the Peninsula Ski Club or another Blue Ridge Ski Council club to sign up for this trip.

Single travelers will assume the extra cost of a private room (single supplement) if a suitable roommate cannot be found. To eliminate such risk, single travelers are encouraged to make mutual arrangements for a roommate and to specify their roommate at the time of trip sign-up. Two singles who do not wish to room together will each incur the cost of a single supplement if no other acceptable roommates are available. In some cases, lodging capacity and bedding configurations may limit the number of singles that can be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments for ski trips are subject to the following cancellation fees: (1) $5 for trips priced at $100 or less;
(2) for trips priced over $100, (a) $25 if cancelled up to the date of the September meeting, or (b) $50 if cancelled after the September meeting date and before the stated refund cutoff date for the trip, or (c) if cancelled after the stated refund cutoff date, the greater of (i) the club's unrecoverable costs or (ii) $50;
(3) individual trips may establish higher cancellation fees which will be noted in marketing materials for the trip;
(4) certain items purchased in conjunction with trips (e.g., season or multi-resort passes) may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
